Disabling email notices for Conversations

They can be disabled at this link https://jetboaters.net/index.php?account/contact-details

Unselect "Receive email when a new conversation message is received" then click the "Save Changes" button.

I just want to point out that this is different than turning off emails from threads your watching. If you don't check this forum often then I would recommend you not turn this option off. I believe conversations are the equivalent of personal messages, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Some of us have had group conversations which can create hundreds of emails. So I have that feature turned off.

It looks like you can also remove yourself from a conversation. I haven't tried that yet, but I wonder if that would keep you aware of new conversations while removing yourself from a group conversation that continues to grow? This site has so much to offer, many different ways to follow things.
