Since I was 17 I’ve been tying what I was taught was a super improved clinch knot. I was told recently it’s a San Diego knot. I’ve used it on everything I fish with. But I’m relatively new to floro line and recently I was shown the following knot which is a lot like the knot I’ve tied for decades except the line is doubled where it wraps around the hook, swivel etc.
