Electronic Speedometer 2019 FSH 210 reading zero

Title says it all. The electronic speedometer on the HUD is showing zero when I'm at any speed. Boat is running fine in all other regards, just the speedometer is at zero, anyone encounter this before?

@marmstufl The paddle wheel for the speedometer is underneath the boat on the starboard side near the stern and is a through the hull device.

1. Either the paddle wheel is bound up and not spinning,
2. You have a bad connection in the wiring between the HUD and the through the hull speedometer
3. Your through the hull speedometer shit the bed (unlikely)

I never updated this, but it was #1.. the paddle wheel was stuck. Got it unstuck and all works just fine, thank you for the feedback @bolivas !

I have a 2019 Yamaha FSH 210 sport. The speedometer just stopped last trip coming back home. Where would find the paddle wheel? Can you show a picture of what I am looking for?

It’s in the stern on the starboard side, you can’t miss it.

For whatever it is worth, my paddle wheel went bad at 3 years. Replacement fixed it.
