Curious...are you allowed to have a roof on your dock in FL?
I was in Orlando 6 weeks or so ago and we swam with the manatees. The place we were at did not allow docks with roofs. When I asked the our guide why, they said it was like a city ordinance or something.
That FL sun has to just chew up covers without a roof.

don't have another 10K for a lift at my dock
That is why I bought an Airdock....only $3K....just couldn't justify anything more...but really wanted the v-lift.
