Hi,

I recently purchased a new Yamaha SX190.
This is my first jet boat, and very excited to get into boating.

My previous boat was an inflatable 4 person, with 5hp electric trolling motor ?

I am towing with my 2022 Silverado 2500 diesel 4x4.
Looking forward to learning and enjoying boating.

Have been practicing reversing, got my California Boating Card, and read the owners manual from front to back.

Hey I'm in nor cal too, almost picked up an ar190 but changed my mind. Welcome!

Quite a change from your previous boat. Enjoy it. They are lots of fun and low maintenance if you take care of them.

:Welcome: Greg. Where are you taking your boat? I'm in NorCal and have been going to Pedro. The water level is low but a bit higher than last year.

I am in Nevada City, CA. Scott’s Flat and Folsom Lake. Next summer plan to take the boat to Lake Tahoe.

Are you sure your tow vehicle can handle your boat? [flag] Congrats jet is lots of fun ?

 yea 2500 was way overkill. The funny thing is that it was a lot less expensive than the 1500s. Always wanted a diesel too.
