Hey guys, my wife and I just bought a 2016 SX192. Took it out for the first time yesterday and noticed a loud, high pitched, noise coming from rear of the boat when taking off (full throttle) from stopped position until the boat planes. When boat planes everything sounds as I would expect. Is this normal for these boats? I visually looked at impeller intake when I got boat out of the water and saw no obstructions. Just wondering if this is common for these boats, or do I have something else going on.
Thanks in advance for the reply’s

Our boats are loud. If you can hear something over the engine, it probably isn't good! If your positive it isn't the impeller I would invest in one of these mechanics stethoscope and have someone else drive with the hatch up and start by putting it on the shaft drive bearing, then the supercharger, then water pump.

Not sure, but could be cavitation when coming off plane. Mine makes a few weird noises from WOT -> 5mph until the engines have a moment to settle down.
