Post up your funny MEMES (Nothing Political Please)

I'm 65 an pretty clueless on this one.
Maybe I should have went with Gen X should get that one.
It's a take on the 1982 movie The Thing. Kurt Russell played the hero RJ MacReady.

There are a number of posted items that I don't get. I can choose to
1. Be embarrassed that I don't understand
2. Be proud I don't understand
I choose the latter.

Which was a remake of the 1950’s version The Thing from another world with James Arness.

Interesting tid bit, in the beginning of the 1982 John Carpenter movie when the Finnish guys are chasing the dog with the helicopter…when they land they’re yelling in Finnish to the Americans about the dog, “Don’t let him lick you”. I know this because my friend was with me when we saw this in the theater spoke Finnish.

If you haven’t seen the 1982 version I highly recommend it…. @Coolbreeze704

I'd have to say as a 57 year old, I would agree with you 100%, that I am proud I don't understand some references/things now a days!
