Removing power window motor

Have panel off and 3 bolts for motor removed
Can't get the arm to release from rail that holds glass and the motor seems firm in place
Any tips to get it out
Videos and instructions seem to gloss over this part

I looked around and found the below video about removing the motor. It is for a F150 but it is probably the same. There are three parts and I think you want part 2. This may help as well. Ford F250 Replace Power Window Motor How to

motor is out, just had to wiggle it strenuously ! it's not turning so the contacts must be worn ??

anyways, replacing the whole motor and will try to tear it apart another day,
