I could see someone doing that in Missouri or Arkansas. The jeans on the water give it away. I love it, the girls are in bikinis and he's got his jeans on with his key chain hanging out the side.
 
My son's first reaction, "redneck awesomeness!!!"

I'm surprised he was able to get two girls to participate. I'm Also surprised it took him so long to get the bike started.

Whatever, just seems to reinforce the saying, "if you are floating you are boating".
