Buy the brackets for a newer model, grab a piece of starboard or PVC trim sheet material, cut it to fit (make a cardboard template), add a hinge to swing out of the way, and install.
Look at a newer model, and just copy what Yamaha did. Alternatively, if the dimensions are the same or similar, buy one for a newer boat, and install
