Any that are custom cut will be spendy. What I can point to from my investigations before doing my own, is that the thickness seems to be the primary indicator of comfort. Your link to the Hzkaicun only shows them offering a "hardness" for the material. That's simply a reflection of the thickness, so why not list that, instead of some nebulous measurement - this gives me reason for suspicion, as well as the keyboard-swipe-company-name. If I were to guess, I'd say the products they're offering are 3-4mm thick for the harder stuff, and 5-6mm for the softer stuff.
My boat came with 3 or 4mm on the swim platform, and it was better than nothing, but the SeaDek I installed was 5 or 6mm, and that's a noticeable difference underfoot. SeaDek lists their thickness. I bought from Amazon, and did it myself. It's not difficult, it just takes time. From the sound of it, none of these companies are going to have something precut for your needs, so if you can find a standard pattern, you could easily do this yourself - at which point I'd recommend SeaDek. No matter who you go with, darker colors seem to be prone to the potential for issues, if not outright problems. From what I've heard, GatorStep is less expensive, but that was for stock kits, if I remember correctly.
In my area, I can get GatorStep and SeaDek done for custom, but the guy I know who's personally done installs for a marine dealership up the river said he tries to steer fishing boats toward the GatorStep, and pleasure boats to the SeaDek. The reason he gave was the amount of give, and that the cushioning is nice on a fishing boat, but this stuff is used for better traction, with cushioning as a side benefit, and the reverse holds for pleasure boats. Neither material is bad, for traction or cushioning, so I believe it falls to the thickness of the material defining what you're looking to accomplish, more than anything else. All things being equal to you, it should turn into a color/style, and then cost issue.
Personally, I'd steer clear of the alphabet soup named product. The other two brands are well-known and respected by many on the forums here, so there's some feedback. HZo687u may be great, and a well-known brand - elsewhere - but yours is the first I've heard of this company, and the concern to me would be getting any replacement material if something gets damaged down the line. I can still buy the same SeaDek, for instance, that I bought a few years ago. Will that remain the case forever? Doubtful, but I know SeaDek has been around long enough that there's a good chance for success in replacing things.
SeaDek can be customized as well, so I wouldn't assess them a penalty for that, you'd just have to figure out the process, or find an installer / fabricator for the job
