i have a 2022 AR 250, Took it out today and no sound coming from the speakers. My screen shows my phone connected and the song playing, am and fm both show stations but no sounds. fm even stops on local channels but again no sound. Is there a specific fuse or relay for the amp? Anyone ever had this concern?
Also do both battery switches (house and start) need to be on for audio/connext screen? When i turn the house battery on only nothing on the connext screen comes up.
I have a DS18 amp and speakers. Any recommendation for batteries? I'm wondering if i should replace awhile.
Thanks

This will be a more difficult question to answer since you have an after market system and there are a number of ways your system could be installed.

I would start by seeing if the lights on your amplifiers come on. If they do, are they the correct colors (I.e. not in protect mode).

Once that is resolved the next issues is chasing down signal.

No power to amp. Why I’m wondering about fuses or relays.

There should be a large fuse somewhere on the power wire. You can do a. Quick visual of that is the easiest step. I’d check power remote and ground at the amps if that looks good.

Those fuses hardly blow so if it’s blown you need to figure out why.
